• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining active session security.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete account information during registration.

Nimbu Ninjas provides genuine digital license keys, creative assets, software subscriptions, and developer tools. All products are delivered electronically upon successful order authorization.

• Delivery: Digital license keys and access credentials are delivered instantly to your registered email address and made accessible directly within your client dashboard.
• License Scope: Unless explicitly stated otherwise as an extended/enterprise license, all purchases grant a non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to activate and utilize the designated software.
• Resale Prohibited: Re-licensing, redistributing, or reselling unauthorized duplicate keys is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate license revocation.

All listed product prices are displayed in applicable regional currencies and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed via encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process raw credit/debit card numbers on our servers. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the rates in effect when charges are incurred.

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital goods and license activations:

• Defective or Invalid Keys: If a delivered license key fails activation due to a verified publisher issue, our support team will provide a replacement key or full refund within 48 hours of verification.
• Activated Keys: Once a digital key has been successfully redeemed or activated on the publisher platform, it cannot be refunded or reclaimed.
• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
• Support Requests: Inquiries must be submitted with your Order ID to nimbuninjas@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

When utilizing Nimbu Ninjas services, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Using compromised credentials or engaging in fraudulent payment transactions.
